RETURNS

We offer a 20 Day return period. You have 20 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required. 

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. This includes items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or returned without their original tags or packaging. 

Sale items are eligible for return only within the 14 day EU cooling off period, where applicable. After this 14 day period has expired, sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

To request a return, please contact us at 7vintage.mngmt@gmail.com. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return address in Dublin,Ireland, along with instructions for returning your items.  

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us and receiving return approval. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at your earliest convenience at our email 7vintage.mngmt@gmail.com, providing your order details and relevant photographs where applicable. We will review the issue and advise you on the next steps 

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to change the size of your item, please contact us at 7vintage.mngmt@gmail.com before sending the item back. 

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will advise you of the available options. 

Please note the original item must meet our return conditions in order to be eligible for an exchange.

 

RETURN SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item to 7vintage. 7vintage does not cover return shipping costs, customs duties, import fees, or any other charges associated with returning an order, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as 7vintage cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 

EU 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If you are located in the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving the item, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise your right, please contact us at 7vintage.mngmt@gmail.com within the 14 day period. Once you have notified us, the item must be returned within the applicable return time. 

The item must be returned in its original condition. you may handle the item only as necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functionality. If the item is handled beyond this, you may be responsible for any resulting loss in value.
